About the CIPRES Portal v 2.0

File formats suported by the CIPRES Portal v 2.0:
At the present time, the CIPRES Portal v 2.0 passes files directly to an application in the format you provide. We provide the tool Format Validator to check your file formats. The application you submit to will ultimately determine if the formatting is accepted. In the near future, the application will recognize and validate your file formats upon upload, as CIPRES Portal v 1.13 does. Guides to common formats are available:
