Code Benchmarks

The CIPRES Science Gateway Codes are run on XSEDE Resources. The runs are configured by benchmarking each code, to see how it performs as more and more processors are added to a given job. The links below will take you to a page that contains benchmarks for the current codes on Trestles, a large cluster at SDSC.
