MrBayes Submissions Temporarily Suspended

We just received a generous award of additional allocation time from XSEDE, and we are now able to accept new MrBayes jobs again. The jobs are run on the new XSEDE resource called Gordon. Please select "MrBayes on Gordon" as your tool, and your jobs will be accepted.

Gordon is a new XSEDE machine that just came on line, it has large memory and uses solid state (Flash) drives to speed data access. In benchmarks, the Gordon machine runs MrBayes code 1.8 fold faster than Trestles on most data sets. For extremely large data sets, the speedup may be even larger. Also, please contact me if you have a very large data set for a MrBayes run, but the file size caused the upload to CIPRES to fail. We would love to run some benchmarks on such data sets.
