Support for the RAxML Multi-State Feature |
|
The RAxML 7.3.0 interface now supports the option of analyzing multi-state data. Note that to use this feature, within the partition files, you must precede multi-state character partitions by "MULTI," and the model specified by -K will then be applied to all multi-state partitions of the dataset. There is no means to specify different multi-state models for different multi-state partitions. |
