CONTRAlign

CONTRAlign is a novel algorithm for multiple sequence alignment of protein and RNA sequences based on conditional log-linear models (CLLMs).

A manual for CONTRAlign is available. [pdf]

INPUT = dna or protein sequences in multiple fasta format (MFA).

Test input file (amino acid): contralign_in.txt
